Consume 1 serving immediately post-training. Total daily servings: 2. Advanced Bodybuilding Athlete (greater than 3 years of resistance exercise performed at least 3 times weekly): Consume 1-2 servings (4-8 tab) of Chewies GLUTAMINE 30 minutes pre-training.
