All of the product prices listed within our Nutrasourse.com website are listed in U.S. dollars and full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not offer C.O.D.

At this time, Nutrasource.com does not price-match against other online or offline retailers.
Domestic Shipping
What do you charge for standard shipping?
Our standard
shipping is an accelerated process in which Nutrasource.com understands
processing and delivering your orders quickly to you is very important. When you
order from Nutrasource.com, you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 7
business days within the 48 contiguous and up to 10 days to
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the
Virgin Islands.
Standard shipping
and handling charges to addresses within the 48 contiguous states are:
Orders weighing less than 3lbs: $5.95
Orders weighing between 3-9lbs: $9.95
Orders weighing 10lbs. or more: $11.95
We utilize both UPS Ground and USPS First Class Mail, delivery confirmation, as
our shipping methods
Standard shipping
to Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands is through
USPS at the same cost as
the 48 contiguous states.

Express Domestic Shipping:
We offer 2nd Day
Business (2 business days + 1 day for order processing) Below are our rates for
shipping of 2 business days:
Orders weighing less than 3lbs.are $11.96
Orders weighing between 3-9 lbs. $15.95
Orders weighing 9lbs or more standard shipping only
2nd day shipping is not available for Protein
powders of any size or orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
and the
Virgin Islands.
Delivery is Monday
through Friday only.
All orders are
shipped with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery
confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00pm (EST) may not process until the next
business day. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment
until Monday morning. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. USPS
may delivery your package on a Saturday. Both do not deliver on national
holidays.
FPO, APO and PO Box Shipping
How are orders ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Nutrasource.com proudly ships to all branches of military services via USPS.
Also, orders with shipping addresses to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our standard and expedited shipping apply only to US orders. Customers
who require their order to be shipped outside of the US, must contact us directly
for a shipping price quote. Please call 1 (800) 874-7413 to request a quote or email
us. Your shipping price quote will not include custom fees, taxes or tariffs as
these fees are considered the customer’s responsibilities. For our international
customers, we strongly encourage that to ensure that your projected order items
are permitted into your respective country as country regulations vary by country.
Orders returned or refused run the risk of being destroyed and therefore will not
be eligible for a credit nor refund.
Returns and Exchanges

For all products purchased via Nutrasource.com, we offer an unconditional 60-day
money back guarantee (excluding shipping) for any reason. Click

AutoShipping
Do you offer Autoship?
Never run out of your essential supplements by choosing AutoShipping when you place
your online order. AutoShipping is available in 30-day increments and you can cancel
at any time by either updating your My Account or contacting our Customer Support
Team. Our apologies, however, we cannot accept Paypal, Google Check-out or Amazon
Payment as payments for AutoShipping orders.
Backorder/Out-of-Stock
What happens if I have an item on back order?
In the rare instances that an item is marked backordered or out-of-stock, we reserve
the right to hold your order until all items are in stock and available for shipping.
However, if you request that we ship the available items immediately, you may be
subjected to additional shipping charges.
Sales Tax
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
All orders shipped to a shipping address within the state of florida will be assessed
6% sales tax, excluding non-taxable items.
