Do you offer C.O.D. orders?
All of the product prices listed within our Nutrasourse.com website are listed in U.S. dollars and full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not offer C.O.D.
Do you match other online or offline retailers?
At this time, Nutrasource.com does not price-match against other online or offline retailers.
Domestic Shipping
What do you charge for standard shipping?
All orders shipped to a destination within the United States, U.S. Territories, are shipped at a flat shipping fee of $5.95. You can receive your order within 4 to 7 business days.
We also offer expedited 2 day shipping for a flat fee of $11.95. 2-day shipping excludes Saturday and Sunday as transit days. For example, if you place an order on Friday for expedited shipping, the order will be delivered on Tuesday.

FPO, APO and PO Box Shipping
How are orders ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Nutrasource.com proudly ships to all branches of military services via USPS.
Also, orders with shipping addresses to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our standard and expedited shipping apply only to US orders. Customers who require their order to be shipped outside of the US, must contact us directly for a shipping price quote. Please call 1 (800) 874-7413 to request a quote or email us. Your shipping price quote will not include custom fees, taxes or tariffs as these fees are considered the customer’s responsibilities. For our international customers, we strongly encourage that to ensure that your projected order items are permitted into your respective country as country regulations vary by country. Orders returned or refused run the risk of being destroyed and therefore will not be eligible for a credit nor refund.

AutoShipping
Do you offer Autoship?
Never run out of your essential supplements by choosing AutoShipping when you place your online order. AutoShipping is available in 30-day increments and you can cancel at any time by either updating your My Account or contacting our Customer Support Team. Our apologies, however, we cannot accept Paypal, Google Check-out or Amazon Payment as payments for AutoShipping orders.
Backorder/Out-of-Stock
What happens if I have an item on back order?
In the rare instances that an item is marked backordered or out-of-stock, we reserve the right to hold your order until all items are in stock and available for shipping. However, if you request that we ship the available items immediately, you may be subjected to additional shipping charges.
Sales Tax
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
All orders shipped to a shipping address within the state of florida will be assessed 6% sales tax, excluding non-taxable items.
