Domestic Shipping and Handling
Our standard
shipping is an accelerated process in which Nutrasource.com understands
processing and delivering your orders quickly to you is very important. When you
order from Nutrasource.com, you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 7
business days within the 48 contiguous and up to 10 days to
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the
Virgin Islands.
Standard shipping
and handling charges to addresses within the 48 contiguous states are:
Orders weighing less than 3lbs: $5.95
Orders weighing between 3-9lbs: $9.95
Orders weighing 10lbs. or more: $11.95
We utilize both UPS Ground and USPS First Class Mail, delivery confirmation, as
our shipping methods
Standard shipping
to Alaska, Hawaii,

USPS at the same cost as
the 48 contiguous states.
Express Domestic Shipping:
We offer 2nd Day
Business (2 business days + 1 day for order processing) Below are our rates for
shipping of 2 business days:
Orders weighing less than 3lbs.are $11.96
Orders weighing between 3-9 lbs. $15.95
Orders weighing 9lbs or more standard shipping only
2nd day shipping is not available for Protein
powders of any size or orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
and the
Virgin Islands.
Delivery is Monday
through Friday only.
All orders are
shipped with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery
confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00pm (EST) may not process until the next
business day. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment
until Monday morning. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. USPS
may delivery your package on a Saturday. Both do not deliver on national
holidays.

UPS & USPS provides fast delivery(approximately 2-7 business days) direct to your residence.

incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
International Shipping and Handling
All of our product prices listed within our Nutrasource.com website are listed in U.S. dollars and full payment is required at the time of order submission.
Customers who require their order to be shipped outside of the US, must contact us directly for a shipping price quote. Please call 1 (786) 536-3420 to request a quote or email us.
Your shipping price quote will not include custom fees, taxes or tariffs as these fees are considered the customer’s responsibilities.
For our international customers, we strongly encourage that to ensure that your projected order items are permitted into your respective country as country regulations vary by country. Orders returned or refused run the risk of being destroyed and therefore will not be eligible for a credit nor refund.

PO Boxes
Orders with shipping addresses to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS.
APO/FPO Addresses
We proudly ship to all branches of military services via USPS for all shipments.
Insurance Fees
There may be an additional charge to a high value package during transit. We will contact you if this is the case and you may opt out of the insurance at your risk and discretion.
Tax Policy
All orders, including the shipping and handling charge, shipped to the state of Florida will be taxed at 6%.
Back Ordered Items
On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item or may have to place your item directly from the manufacturer. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you of this delay and then automatically ship the item (s) to you as soon as it becomes available.
If your backordered item(s) will arrive in a timely manner, we may delay your shipping so that we can send your order in its entirety. If there is an extended delay of your back-order item, you will be notified of this update and you will have the option to either receive partial order of your order or wait for your complete order to be shipped. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments with no additional shipment charges applied to your order.
Order Status & Tracking
All Nutrasource.com orders shipped will be provided with a tracking number for online status and location tracking.
Cold Pack Service
Nutrasource.com offers a free cold pack service to insure the quality and potency of certain temperature sensitive products.
